Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties together with antioxidants, which may aid digestion, reduce nausea, and improve overall health.

Other Guidance

HOW TO BAKE:

Add the mix, egg and water into a bowl and combine to form a dough.

Place dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 2000C/1800C fan and line baking tray with baking paper.

Roll out dough until it is ½ cm thick.

Use the included cookie cutter to press out pieces. You should get more than a dozen tree-shaped biscuits.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until firm and golden at the edges. Let them cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
